I dumped the output my addressbook
with /usr/share/evolution/2.0/evolution-addressbook-export and looked
closely for entries from evo 1.4 and evo 2.0. 

Below is the dump of what I found, first one is entry from evo 2.0 and
second is from evo 1.4. I hope some one can suggest how to fix this.
