If you're asking what I think you're asking, it's easy.

For example, I have a co-worker, let's call him John Doe. I want
to send him an email. So, I type "Joh". All of the Contacts who's
names match "Joh" (that includes everyone named John") display on
a drop-down list. I arrow down to chose the email address I want.

But, you say, there are 2 addresses for John Doe. Which address
am I emailing at the moment? Right-click on the address. It will
show you.

Not to my knowledge, but see my previous paragraph.

Note that the "email list" pane has both the name and email address.
