I think it got fixed in a late 2.2.  It still has x-evolution-transport
but it should have an x-evolution-account which it uses in preference if
it exists.  x-evolutin-transport is just a fallback.  I could be wrong
and it is only in 2.3 though - one tends to lose track of time.
