No, these packages are installed
$ rpm -q hicolor-icon-theme
hicolor-icon-theme-0.5-1mdk
$ rpm -q gnome-icon-theme package
gnome-icon-theme-1.2.3-2mdk
I have two PCs, both running MDK 10.1. The problem
only shows up on the recently updated PC.
