After upgrading from Evolution 2.0.4 to 2.2.3 i have to setup my account again, i got a working set with the previous version.
After selecting the server type 'Microsoft Exchange' i have to give a username, i have tried a lot of names, nothing seems to be working, the Forward tab stays grayed out. Who can supply me with the settings needed to get 2.2.3 running ?
