Hi,
When viewing messages whose subjects are non-Latin in separate windows,
when running Kwin (KDE2's Unicode-compliant window manager), the window
title of the message window aren't printed correctly.
According to this,
http://www.freedesktop.org/standards/wm-spec/x183.html
_NET_WM_NAME should be set to the UTF-8 version of the string,
overwriting the "compatibility" property given for older window
managers.
