Well, I did. I found no argument or reference to an RFC that says that
forwarding inline is wrong, nonstandard, uncommon, whatever. Instead,
I saw a number of people asking for (a) the option to forward
messages inline or quoted and not as attachment and (b) that the default
behavior of the toolbar button can be changed.
