[Evolution] 2001.04.05.08.00 crashes on delete or expunge

I've been getting varied but not exactly reproducible crashes on delete
or expunge. I was able to catch one under gdb and get a complete stack
dump for all evolution-mail threads. Summary: e_table yet again. Let me
know if you want the dump log.
