It works for me at the moment, so I'm not sure what the exact problem
is. Maybe it only works after the headers are installed or something.
But the patch below in evolution/doc/devel/importer should hopefully fix
it.
Please let me know if it does or doesn't. I'm going to commit this to
CVS.
