Not obvious, but this generally means that you have IDL mismatch between
two components (probably evolution-mail and gnome-gtkhtml-editor since
you mentioned you couldn't update gtkhtml too).

Not sure why you can't update gtkhtml, but once you manage to, it should
start working.
