Tools->Mail Settings->Edit->Special Folders
Point the "Drafts" and "Sent Items" to the folders under Evolution
for "Drafts" and "Sent Items".
Evo sometimes seems to forget that those folders are there, so you have
to explicitly tell it where they are.
