  It looks like there is a bug that causes the vcard viewer to not be
activated correctly.  So instead you see the vcard in plaintext, and
there is no "Add to addressbook" button for that reason.  I have just
filed a bug for this:

  The envelope icon is necessary not just to indicate that a message has
been read, but also to indicate when it has been replied to.  (The icon
changes in that case too.)

  If it really bothers you you can always remove that column by dragging
the corresponding header away.

  Also, you can toggle the read state by clicking on the icon.

  The clip icon works fine for me.  If you have a message with an
attachment that doesn't show the clip icon, please submit it into our
Bugzilla.

  The exclamation mark column also works as a toggle.
