I think it should be to us the user to determine if we want it to check
against a LDAP address book. In my case, I like to have my address book
and company address book in 2 separate database as I can use them with
any software and even remotely (at some point I want to access them over
my cellular phone). My address books as you can imagine are not hug 300
entries max. Evolution should be able to handle that with no problem. It
should be an option when you create your LDAP account. Something like:
use when typing addresses.
