As for the weather stations: Evolution shows 4 degrees (clouded) for a few days now for Cologne/Germany, but we have less than 2 degrees here (no clouds). It just always shows the same weather and news data. And since the temperature is always changing a bit i can say that this is old data :) And: if i click the Reload button in the summary-view i dont see any trafic beeing send/recieved over my ISDN card. If i exit evolution, do a killev and restart evolution, i dont see any ISDN traffic either (i think evo normally did a reload of news/weather on startup). > > Or maybe i just need a few hints to solve that problem on my own: > > - which tool downloads the news / weather data? > > - in which directory / file is this data stored? > > - evolution/my-evolution/e-summary-weather.c > evolution/my-evolution/e-summary-rdf.c > The data isn't stored anywhere. It's held in memory until it's updated. > iain Thanks for this information.
