gdb gnome-gtkhtml-editor

at the (gdb) prompt, type 'run'

after giving it ~10 seconds or so to make sure it has had time to
register itself with oafd, start `evolution` and then compose a new
message or do whatever it was that you do to cause the problem to occur.
