Here in germany we often use ISO-8859-1 for enconding "umlauts", so many
from-headers look like this:
From: Uwe L=?ISO-8859-1?B?/A==?=bbermann <uwe.luebbermann@deleted>
And on a reply it looks like this:
To: Uwe L=?ISO-8859-1?B?/A==?=bbermann <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Subject: On Mon, 2002-02-04 at 10:17, Uwe L=?ISO-8859-1?B?/A==?=bbermann
