Open ~/evolution/filters.xml and compare the url string representing
your account with the one that is placed in the X-Evolution-Source
header of the message(s) that don't get filtered properly.

Do they match?

If not, I think you might need to re-generate the filter rules by
re-selecting the appropriate account. I had to update the filter rule
code to properly encode the URLs.
