I was going to look at this, but it appears that the data's not present
after all. red-carpet informed me that the file couldn't be retrieved; a
glance at red-carpet.ximian.com shows: 

ncftp /pub > ls

channels.xml.gz           install.xml.gz            source/ 
debian/                   installer/                ximian-gnome/ 
evolution-snapshot/       obsolete/                 ximian-preview/

...with no evolution-developer-snapshot/ to be had. 

What've I missed?
