First contact with a pref wins.  You are only sending one mail.  I would
be fine with last one too, might make programming easier.

What I am talking about is the contact info.  I have avoided account
nicely, which puts more strain on the feature (like the per mail list
feature).

The nice thing about this feature is that it is extensible and workable
by the user.  The user can have contacts for mail lists, in case the to:
field changes (on some lists it does).

And since evo is already digging into the contact db when putting up the
to: field, it seems somewhat straight forward.
