Kmail sets the following:
X-Priority: 2 (High)
Priority: urgent

As far as I can tell, the only header common across Outlook, Outlook
Express, Netscape/Mozilla, and Kmail is the X-Priority.  In my testing
yesterday, I didn't see "Importance", but I wasn't looking for it, and
I've deleted all except for the one from Kmail, so I can't check right
now.
