Who's maintaining mailman at Ximian? My offer still stands to help w/ upgrade to a current version 2.1. You're still running ancient 1.0 which is at least a couple years old and lacking some basic spam controls. That would cut out most of the crap that's getting to the lists lately, or at least going into the list configs and adding some rules. It's very easy to apply it to all of the lists--you just use config_list to make a template in python and use the config_list script to apply it to all of your lists.
