Just because Microsoft thinks violating established RFCs by localizing anything and everything (including e-mail headers) is a cool idea doesn't mean the whole world should go ahead and do it too. Too bad that some companies in Norway or Sweden end up deciding that the M$ way of doing things is the only acceptable way of posting on internal mailing lists and purposely filter out messages posted using the RFC-compliant Re or Fwd.
