Hard coded paths in configuration file is a bad thing. Manually editing
the config.xmldb is prone to mistake. We expect the take up of Evolution
on our campus to be significant. As such, we could be inundated with
user complaints when their home account moves.

Why can't Evolution use locate file paths that are relative to the
~/evolution/ directory?
