There is a plugin in outlook that allows you to report spam directly to www.spamcop.net. Those guys are doing an excellent job at contacting service providers and eMail owners, for free.
In outlook, when you receive a spam, click on 'Submit to SpamCop' and that's it. The email is sent to your spamcop account, and is reported accordingly to the interested parties. Easy, simple, efficient. In a general sense, a plugin mechanism would allow this without change evolution's own code. Pretty much like in Mozilla, we don't need that much complexity here. E.
