As NotZed said, this is a bug in bonobo-config, so assuming you have the sources on your box - just dig in and start debugging? I mean, I don't know what else to tell you if you are going to try and debug it yourself. I have no idea where the problem might be. Probably bonobo-config/monikers/bonobo-moniker-xmldb.c or something?
