No, only 1.1.x as of about 8 hours ago.

Also note that "sent" "drafts" and "outbox" (or any account's sent,
drafts folders) must be explictly listed in any vfolder for them to be
included.  The "all local" or "all remote" rules explcitly do not
include them.
