So the problem seems to be that the IMAP code parses the
READ-WRITE/READ-ONLY flags pased back from the SELECT command that the
IMAP server returns and we set the folder's permanent_flags based on
that response (ie, if we are in READ-ONLY mode we don't allow deletion
etc).
