It's not being worked on. I think we've decided that we are not going to implement a "spamcop" button that sends emails out to some abuse address. Seems to me like you'd just be contributing to the world of spam rather than helping to minimise it. You can hack on adding that feature yourself, but I'm not sure we'd accept a patch for it anyway. Speaking of which, that feataure request should probably just get closed as WONTFIX.
