You are talking about keyboard equivalents; he is talking about items on a
menu, I believe. I believe later in his message he says the "middle mouse"
works for him, too. But new users coming from Windows don't know about
"middle mouse"; they know items on menus. Or sometimes keyboard shortcuts,
but not always.
