[Evolution] external viewers?

Hello,
how can I manage the external viewers used by Evolution? I've noticed that .doc files are presented with the option to open with OpenOffice Writer. I'd like to be able to edit these external viewers to extern to ppt, mpg etc.
I'm using Evolution 1.0.8 on KDE, RH8.
