[Evolution] Preformat in REPLY

Evolution automatically uses "Preformat" for my replies and I end up losing everything, all the text that I would like imbedded in the reply. It's gone (like white font on white background). It used to be "Normal" in all my replies until I upgraded (1.0.8-10). If I "select all" and change Preformat to Normal, I get my text back.

Where do I tweek this thing to get my replies in "Normal"?

I use Red Hat Linux 8.0.
