I *am* subscribed to my INBOX. So sayeth every IMAP client I've ever used
(up to and including Evolution 1.0.8).

. OK User logged in
. LSUB "" "*"
* LSUB (\HasChildren) "." "INBOX"
* LSUB () "." "INBOX.Drafts"
* LSUB () "." "INBOX.Trash"
* LSUB () "." "INBOX.admin"
[and so on and so forth]
. OK Completed (0.000 secs 25 calls)

I'm no IMAP expert, but because INBOX is returned when I do an LSUB,
doesn't that indicate that I'm subscribed? Also, I couldn't see the
subfolders if I wasn't subscribed to the parent folder, right?

I'm using Squirrelmail currently, so I go to "Folders" to check my
subscription and I'm not even given the option to unsubscribe from my
Inbox, so (again) doesn't this mean I'm subscribed to it?

Non-trivial or not, this is an important bug and could potentially cause
many first time users to assume Evolution is broken because, in regards to
this one issue, it is.
