"Tools -> Pilot Settings" opens Control Center In Control Center select "Document Handlers -> URL Handlers" and change default to /usr/bin/opera -newwindow "%s" and click "Set" button. Assuming you want to use Opera, repeat for ftp entry. Now when you select an e-mail url link, your selection will open in a new Opera window.
