Talking about Linux PDA's I have an Ipaq 3800 that runs OPIE (http://opie.handhelds.org). It seems that as far as synching to a linux'ed Ipaq, you're (I'm) not going to get far.
There is a perl script that should be able to sync the zaurus with evolution. I've been trying to edit the script so I can sync it with opie, but all I seem to accomplisch is to import from Ipaq to evo. For you Zaurus people, the script 'should' work just fine, so I took the liberty of including a link to it. I found it hard to find, since the link on the opie page seems broken. Keep in mind that (with this script) you have to close all involved software when syncing the pda. You'll find some usefull info on how to automate the syncing on the opie wiki: (http://opie.handhelds.org/wiki/index.php/OpieSyncing) I'm nowhere when it comes to cooking somethin up myself, since my programming skills rival my brainsurgery skills. Like many others, I'm waiting for the chosen one to stand up :) Here's the script, hope this helps: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/zaurus/evolution-sync.pl Joost On Wed, 2002-12-04 at 21:31, Rupert Heesom wrote: > On Wed, 2002-12-04 at 17:39, Jim Meyer wrote: > > On Wed, 2002-12-04 at 08:51, Rupert Heesom wrote: > > > Being a Linux guy, I bought the Zaurus PDA.
