We pushed a new bugfix release for the evolve extension:8.1.2
As usual, the release is available on pypi and upgrade is recommended:

This release fixes concurrency robustness issues around the sqlite based
storage used by the experimental version of the obshashrange discovery
caches.
With now more experience of running python sqlite in very concurrent
situation, it does not seems to handle the job too well. Since it is
only used for cache, the problematic case can be silently ignored when
they occur.
Thanks to the people who have been actively testing the obshashrange
discovery. This help detect these situations.
In addition, this release invalidate previous versions of the final
cache layer that was affected by issues fixed in 8.1.1. This will ensure
everybody has a valid cache content without requiring manual
intervention (beside the update). This cache will be recomputed once
(and is not the slowest to compute).
