Earlier today, I pushed a new bugfix release for the evolve extension: 8.2.1
As usual, the release is available on pypi and upgrade is recommended:

This version fixes issues around the obshashrange caches (enabled by
default since 8.2.0).
Thanks to all who reported issues. Special Thank to Gerald Squelart from
Mozilla who submitted a patch along his bug report ☺

- issue the "long warmup time" message only once
- reduce impact of cache invalidation from many new obsmarkers
