Additional work is needed in opensm, and those patches were posted on the list a
couple of months ago. If someone has kernel patches to support QoS, I'd be

cannot be shared publicly.)
Yevgeny is working on opensm QoS now.
He updating the changes to the latest OSM code and will resend the
patches when they are done.
