Hi Woody,
I applied your patch (including ia64 patch) to ofed_kernel.git
backport/2.6.18-52.el5 renamed to 2.6.18-EL5.1
I used "2.6.18-[5-9][0-9]*.el5*" as a pattern for RHEL5-U1 detection.
