I have also been a victim of this message dropping in the past on this list. A few weeks back, I could not post MVAPICH2 1.0 release announcement to either ewg or general list. Nobody else from our department (existing subscribers to these mailing lists) could post either. Finally, I contacted Jeff Becker and he kindly extended help in forwarding the announcements to the lists.
