Looking on the commit, it seems that the perftest tools were
instrumented to send/receive multicast on a hard coded MGID/MLID, ie
no join/leave etc.
Basically, I am not against enabling such approach, however the MLID
chosen was 0xc000 which on many clusters assigned by the SM to the
IPoIB IPv4 broadcast group of the default partition... so users
playing with ib_send -g can storm all nodes on the cluster with
messages etc... support wise it does not seem very good idea to do it
this way.
