Changes since last release
* Take some fixes that were added from linux-2.6.24 to linux-2.6.26 (kind of
rebase)
- send a NETDEV_ event whenever bonding changes active slaves. This
is for applications that care who is the active slave.
- add modparam that counts the number of grat. ARP to send in case of
failover.
- bug fixes
* Fix initscripts support in Redhat 5.1
* Fix a bug in backport for Redhat 4.x that prevented use in module params
* Fix a bug in backport for Redhat 4.x that prevented use in ethtool
