Hi Jonathan,

I was trying to build mvapich2 using the Intel compiler
option of the OFED-1.4.1 install script and I get the
following build error.  It seems to work fine for 
mvapich and openmpi, but mvapich2 fails.

Also, it I get build errors if I try to 
compile any of the MPI tests with the Intel compiler.
