Ok, will do. Due to restrictions on how you can make recurring appointments in Outlook, I'll likely make a weekly meeting from Nov 2 to Dec 21, and then cancel the individual meeting on Nov 16th -- so you'll each get Outlook requests for both.
Note that there is already an OFED teleconference setup for Nov 2, so the first meeting request will be for a weekly meeting Nov 9 - Dec 321, then the second meeting request will cancel the meeting for Nov 16th.
