Hi Mike,
I just rebased ofed_kernel_1_6 branch with 2.6.38.
So, you need to recreate this patch over the new branch.
Note: it is not "fast-forward" of the previous ofed_kernel_1_6 branch. The previous
branch was saved as "ofed_kernel_1_6-2.6.37"
