Release will be available today (we waited for RHEL 5.7 GA )

- FDR support
- New OpenSM with 3D torus
- New Chelsio driver
- Updated SDP
- New uDAPL package
- CMA APM support
- mlx4_en driver update (to latest driver in kernel 3.0)
- Schedule:
Daily build will start tomorrow

I wish to delay RC1 to Aug 8 since FDR code is not ready, and GA to Oct
