1. OFED 1.5.x releases:
a. OFED 1.5.3.2:
Release will be available today (we waited for RHEL 5.7 GA )
b. OFED 1.5.4
- Features:
- FDR support
- New OpenSM with 3D torus - done
- New Chelsio driver - should be ready in 2 weeks
- Updated SDP - on work
- New uDAPL package - should be ready in few weeks
- CMA APM support - on work
- mlx4_en driver update (to latest driver in kernel 3.0)
- qib driver update
- New PSM library
- iWARP protocol interop - on work
- Schedule:
Daily build will start tomorrow
Plan
GA: Oct 11
First RC: Aug 15.
2. Update on work with the distros:
- Jim Ryan is driving this with the distro. First meeting with SuSE was held
and Jim will send the notes.
- More involvement of the HW vendors will be needed.
