1. OFED 3.2:
- Handling of backports
Vlad is still checking the compat module option. Will come with a
proposal in few weeks.
- OS supported:
Redhat: RHEL6: Support the last 3 updates of RH (e.g. 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3)
Try to support RHEL 5.x - at least latest versions - there is
a big demand in the market for this OS
SuSE: SLES11 SP1 and SP2
Scientific Linux - same versions as Redhat
Kernel.org - go back 2 versions only - start from 3.0
- Schedule:
Will close after we will know the backports
2. There is a request to have 1.5.4.1 release with critical bug fixes only.
Schedule:
- All bug fixes should be inside by Jan-18
- RC - Jan 19
- GA - Jan 24
3. Raise people awareness to technical forums on OFA web site
