The *UI Lead Developer* will be responsible for the user experience across
our enterprise applications from concept to completion!

7+ years experience developing commercial-quality web applications
Strong knowledge of usability best practices
Demonstrated experience designing and developing web-based interfaces for
complex systems
Proficient in *ASP and VISTA development, Visual Studio, HTML / XHTML, CSS,
and Javascript*
Web development supporting multiple browsers, *especially Firefox and IE.*
Experience with supporting multiple languages and internationalization
*C# and ASP.NET 2.0* and *Ajax strongly preferred*
Experience with skins, themes, providers, and adapters in *.NET. XML, XSL
preferred.*
Winforms, web controls, and user controls for *.NET based client
applications*
Experience using *Web Expressions*
Strong background in developing browser web applications
Strong background in developing cross-platform web applications
Proven history of being able to work under pressure, manage multiple

Experience working on multi-developer projects with the relevant
best-practices and development methodologies
Ability to create detailed application user interface specification from
high-level user requirements

Complete Description:
The User Experience Lead Developer is a key member of the Self-Service GUI
team, focusing on the design and development of web application user
interfaces / experiences for new and existing features within our products,
as well as a healthy volume of new products. You will assume ownership and
enjoy the full responsibility required to achieve greatness in this role.
It's a high visibility position where you'll have autonomy to explore
emerging technologies (Silverlight and Flex for example), and make the case
for implementing them within a rapidly growing organization!
Imagine utilizing your coding and design expertise to develop robust
web-client user interfaces / experiences which integrate with various
server-side components and back-end systems. As a member of the development
team you will participate in all phases of the software development
lifecycle, including functional definition, UI/UX design and development,
and usability testing. Imagine the recognition you will enjoy as the lead,
and job satisfaction experienced by contributing to solutions that reach
millions (approx 165 mil) monthly!!
Our ideal candidate will have experience developing browser user interfaces
/ experiences, and well rounded technical experience with ASP web
