70% administration; development opportunites; coordination of administrative
duites across several project teams and customer groups; troubleshoot issues
with the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) infrastructure; respond to
customer support calls; maintain and update the ECM remedy configuration;
monitor backups; assist with deployment of enterprise applications to SAT
and production; test, plan, and implement upgrades to ECM infrastructure;
proactively communicate to all ECM development groups/customers about ECM
infrastructure changes. This position does require being on an on-call
rotation.

Team information (i.e., size of Team, Team make-up, future projects, Team
strengths/weaknesses)

Team consists of 3 employees (2 full-time SWA employee and 1 contractor).
Future projects include, completion of the SWALife migrations, continued
technical advisory support to the following projects: maintenance content
management, ap imaging and compliance, sopi irregularity reporting, ground
ops structured authoring, southwest.com content management.
