The ERP Systems Administrator''s role is to ensure the stable operation of
the in-house ERP Sandboxes *(PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, Hyeperion). *This
includes support coordination with application support providers, creating
user accounts, troubleshooting, managing vendor relationships with software
vendors, and process documentation.
SKILLS >> The person will also analyze and resolve end user hardware and
software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and coordinate
with Vendors for application support.
